📮 Shipping Information
We carefully pack and ship all orders from our little apothecary in Alabama within 3–5 business days of receiving them. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order heads out.
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS—whichever gets your goods to you safest and swiftest. If you’re local, feel free to select Local Pickup at Checkout and we’ll have your order ready at the shop on Main Street.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order—we can't be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong place due to typos (it happens, we get it, but double-check just in case).
♻️ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products—especially teas, herbs, and skincare—we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures every item we send is fresh, safe, and untampered.
However, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Email us at contact@mercantileapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
