Summer Herbcraft is a hands-on herbal workshop rooted in local plant knowledge and seasonal wellness. We’ll explore the herbal allies of high summer: what’s growing wild around us, what the season calls for in terms of support, and how to work with what you’ve got, whether that’s from your yard, the roadside, or your kitchen.
You’ll learn how to identify and use summer herbs and “weeds” for cooling, digestion, sun care, skin health, bug bites, stress, and more. We’ll taste a few infusions, craft a blend to take home, and talk about wildcrafting ethically and practically in your local ecosystem. 🌾 What We'll Cover:
Seasonal herbal energetics (why summer asks for cooling, moistening, and calming herbs)
